Discografia de Therion

Género: Death Metal (Antes), Symphonic Metal (Ahora)

Therion es una banda proveniente de Suecia formada en 1987 y que Mierda! tienen una cantidad exagerada de discos y demos recopilaciones y Lives, por lo cual solo pongo los larga duración.

La primera fase de Therion es un Death Metal que es bastante bueno, pero que comparado con su posterior fase no queda muy acorde con la ideología y musicalidad de la banda posteriormente.

La siguiente fase de Therion es un Symphonic Metal que ha revolucionado el mundo del Metal por su inmensa experimentación y despliegue de técnica en gran cantidad. Por eso es que vas a encontrar grandes diferencias entre un disco y otros de Therion porque la banda siempre tiene nuevas visiones para cada disco, además según afirma su vocalista, ellos no quieren ser como ninguna otra banda.

Hay puntos importantes en la música de Therion que hace que le guste a unas personas pero a otras no les agrade tanto. Uno muy crucial es el uso de las constantes partes melódicas o de orquesta que hacen mas lenta la música de Therion peor la hacen variar abismalmente. Otro punto importante es el uso de voces de opera como sopranos en las canciones, personalmente esta parte no me agrada porque deja lo pesado y la técnica musical atrás y se centra mucho en las voces. Y el punto final es que nunca encontraras un disco similar al otro porque todos son experimentados de diferentes maneras, y no se consigue una linealidad entre discos, esto muchas veces hace que se llegue a una experimentación tal que se pierda enteramente la estructura musical, así que pruebate bien antes de escuchar la banda, no sea que te lleves una decepción.

La banda es muy recomedada para todo el publico que guste de la música sinfónica y que le gusta también la experimentación.
